Prophet Kofi Oduro is speaking out about his vote in the 2024 election, saying he chose John Dramani Mahama because of his promises. He liked Mahama’s bold policy direction, especially his vow to recover stolen funds. This promise, known as ORAL, was a major reason for Oduro’s support.

Oduro also backed Mahama due to his pledge to sign the Anti-LGBTQI++ bill into law. However, the president’s recent comments on the bill have left Oduro and like-minded individuals feeling shocked and disappointed. They’re starting to lose patience with the lack of progress on these key issues.

Kofi Oduro reminded the president of his campaign promises, saying, “In your campaign message…the reason I voted for you is LGBTQI that you’ll pass legislation. Number 2 is ORAL; we need our money back, we can’t be patient, your excellency.” He urged Mahama to stay true to his word and not back down in the face of opposition.
As time passes, Oduro and others are growing impatient with the president’s lack of action on these promises. They want to see real progress on recovering stolen funds and passing the Anti-LGBTQI++ bill. Only time will tell if Mahama will deliver on his promises and regain the trust of his supporters.
